Employee pulse & eNPS
eNPS your team actually trusts.
SurveyWave runs employee pulse and eNPS surveys that people trust enough to answer honestly. Anonymity is enforced in the data: no names on answers, batched completions and no group under five shown. Reminders go out at a decent hour, the survey repeats every month, and trends show what changed.
The problem
Why do employee surveys stop working?
- People don’t believe the survey is anonymous, so they skip it or say what’s safe.
- Someone has to chase every team to get a usable response rate.
- Results land in a spreadsheet once a year and nobody compares them.
With SurveyWave
What does a typical month look like?
- Day 1
The monthly wave goes out to every team, anonymous by design.
- Day 3
Reminders reach people who haven’t answered, in their own time zone.
- Day 7
A last-chance nudge; the wave closes and hours are stripped.
- Day 8
AI insights summarise what moved; groups under 5 stay hidden.

Questions teams ask
Can managers see who said what?
No. Anonymous surveys store no identity on the response, completions are batched, and any group with fewer than 5 answers is hidden in charts, exports, trends and AI insights.
How often should we run a pulse?
Most teams run a short pulse monthly and a longer survey quarterly. Waves can be weekly, monthly, quarterly or on a custom schedule, and a fatigue guard stops people being asked too often.
Do we pay per employee?
No. Plans are priced by usage, such as responses and active surveys, not by seats. There is a free plan to start.
